01/10/2011 - Stewards cancelled the laptimes set by Massimo Monti, Christian Passuti and Giacomo Piccini in a post session decision. The three drivers have been penalyzed for setting their fastest time under yellow flags due to an off track exit of a Maserati GT car.

Massimo Monti did not receive any grid penalty as the Bolognese driver was already the fastest before the inconvenience and therefore he kept his pole position.

Christian Passuti was relegated from the first to the second row of the starting grid, while Rino Mastronardi inherited his position and will line up on the side of the pole man Monti.

Piccini will also see his starting position being moved back from the second to the third row of the grid, while Giorgio Sanna will take his place next to Passuti.
