The 38 years old from Imola, five times podium finisher last year, knows very well the tricolored GT championship as he won it in 2008 with Max Busnelli on the Ferrari F430 GT2.
"I am really motivated – commented Lancieri – and I am getting to this new season full of optimism. We have all what it takes to do good things: a new team wishing to emerge, an experienced engineer I know very well, Franco Sighinolfi and the 458 Italia in version 2013."

The sporting programme of the team is quite ambitious as also witnessed by the negotiations with the second driver that will be high driving qualities.

"We want to run a season on top – confirms Lancieri – the potential of the team is really high as is the whole technical staff chosen by Sighinolfi. This is a new challenge not only for me but also for all the people that believed in such a project and that will work to get great results. The team has solid basis and my commitment will be very high to set the foundations for future International competitions. For the time being I just want to focus on the Italian championship, where we will be protagonists, my co-equiper has huge talent and will allow us to be a top class lineup."
