Mirko Venturi (Ferrari 458 Italia) gets race-2's pole

After Porsche's pole in qualy one, the Red from Maranello secured the pole in the second session with the colors bearer of Black Bull Swisse Racing, the GT3R of Christian Passuti and the BMW of Stefano Colombo follow.

Mirko Venturi posted the quickest time (1'36.105) at the wheel of the Ferrari 458 Italia in the second qualifying session held at the Misano Word Circuit.

The driver of Black Bull Swisse Racing will therefore start race-2 from the pole position with Christian Passuti (1'36.630) at his side on the Porsche GT3 R of Antonelli Motorsport.

The GT3 reigning champion Stefano Colombo (BMW Z4-ROAL Motorsport), stopped watches in 1'37.272, and will share the second row of the grid with Dindo Capello (Audi R8 LMS-Audi Sport Italia) who set his best lap in 1'37.298.

Third row for Giuseppe Cirò (1'37.810) on the Ferrari 458 Italia belonging to MP1 Corse and Luigi Lucchini (1'38.091) on the Porsche GT3R lined up by Ebimotors, who proceeded Michela Cerruti (1'38.214) on ROAL Motorsport's BMW Z4. Giorgio Sanna (1'38.368) followed on the Lamborghini Gallardo of Team Imperiale, while Alex Frassineti did not come out of the pits due to an engine failure after Kristoffersson incident in qualifying one..

In GT Cup the quickest time was set by Gabriele Gardel on the Porsche 997 of Ebimotors ahead of the twin car driven by Fabio Babini (ZRS Motorsport).

The two races are scheduled for 9.05 (GMT+1) and 13.05 (48 minutes + 1lap) and will be coverede live on Raisport 2 and web streaming on www.acisportitalia.it/GT.
