The second place in the morning race was not enough for the Milanese and therefore Michela Cerruti got on the highest step of the podium showing a remarkable grit for such a young driver.

At the flag the ROAL Motorsport proceeded the Ferrari 458 Italia of Venturi-Maino by 13''402 and the Porsche GT3R of Postiglione-Lucchini by 14''311. After keeping in second place during the first stint, Michela made the winning move during lap 21 when she managed to get the lead and from then on no-one managed to put pressure on her.

"I am really happy on this win – commented Cerruti on the podium – I kept a good rhythm at the start as I knew I had to serve a penalty in the pits due to the second place in race-1 and in the second stint I had to gain a couple of positions back. This has been quite a tough win and a truly deserved one this is why I have to thank my whole team for the great job done”.

The fourth place went to Lancieri-Cirò (Ferrari 458 Italia-MP1 Corse) who proceeded Sonvico-Capello (Audi R8 LMS-Audi Sport Italia) and Bianco-Babini (Porsche 997-GDL Racing), with the latter ending first in GT Cup, ahead of Rangoni-Galbiati (Porsche 997-Antonelli Motorsport) and Durante-Piancastelli (Lamborghini Gallardo-Imperiale Racing).

Bad luck again for the Gallardo of Sanna-Barri and the Porsche of Passuti-Mapelli, both out due to mechanical problems. Comandini-Colombo (BMW Z4-Roal Motorsport) ended three laps down as they retired due to some problems to the cooling system after the fight with Sonvico. The latter has been penalyzed by 25 seconds due to bad behaviour.

Frassineti-Kristoffersson (Audi R8 LMS-Audi Sport Italia) did not make it to the start due to some electric problem to the shifting system in race 1.

The classification still sees Postiglione and Lucchini on top with 112 points ahead of Venturi-Maino (106) and Lancieri-Cirò (95). The next round of the championship will take plae in Vallelunga on September the 15th.
