Monza, the final pole of the Italian GT Endurance Championship 2020 to Comandini-Zug-Krohn (BMW)

The combined time of the three drivers placed BMW Team Italia's drivers on the pole position as the Lamborghini Huracan of Pulcini-Giammaria-Nemoto will start next to them. The pole position of GT4 went to Marchi-Di Giusto-De Amicis (Porsche Cayman-Ebimotors). The three-hours long race will be covered live on TV by MS Motor TV (SKY 228) tomorrow and will be shown recorded by Raisport at 22.45.

Stefano Comandini, Marius Zug and Jesse Krohn (BMW M6 GT3) will start the 4th and closing round of the Italian GT Endurance Championship from the pole position. BMW Team Italia is leading the championship with Comandini and Zug, and ran three clear sessions also with a great time posted by the Finn driver in 1’46.897. The sum of the three best times (5’22.215s) rewarded them with the pole position. They will start the three hours long race with Pulcini-Giammaria-Nemoto (Lamborghini Huracan-VSR) next to them as the latter’s combined time was 5’22.416s.

The Audi R8 LMS fielded by Audi Sport Italia for Drudi-Agostini-Mancinelli (5’22.509s) and the Huracan of Imperiale Racing driven by Galbiati-Venturini-Altoè (5’22.535s) will line up in the second row, as they proceeded the second Huracan of VSR driven by Kroes-Shandorff-Tujula (5’23.133s) and the Mercedes AMG GT3 (Antonelli Motorsport) of Moiseev-Spinelli, that were the first of PRO-AM, as the Italian driver also posted the overall best time in 1’46.622s.

The combined time of 5’23.212s will make Roda-Rovera-Fuoco (Ferrari 488-AF Corse) open the fourth row next to the Mercedes AMG GT3 that Antonelli Motorsport fielded for Linossi-Zampieri-Lorandi (5’23.658s), while the Porsche GT3R (Dinamic Motorsport) of Pampanini-Calamia (5’25.150s) and the Ferrari 488 (RS Racing) of Di Amato-Vezzoni (5’25.186s) will follow them and will proceed the 488 of Easy Race driven by the PRO-AM leaders Hudspeth-Michelotto-Greco (5’25.230s) and AF Corse’s challenger driven by Mann-Cressoni (5’26.143s).

The GT4 pole position went to Marchi-Di Giusto-De Amicis (Porsche Cayman-Ebimotors) in 5’53.229s. They lead teammates and classification leaders Gnemmi-De Castro-Pera, the BMW M4 GT4 (BMW Team Italia) of Guerra-Neri (5’56.262s) and the third Cayman of the team led by Enrico Borghi that will be driven by Talarico-Cutrera-LMDV (6’05.246s).

The three-hours long race will get green lights tomorrow at local 13.20 and will go live on MS Motor TV (Sky 228), while RAISPORT will show it recorded at 22.45.
