VSR confirms drivers' lineup for 2015 Season

Vincenzo Sospiri Racing will be part of this year Italian F.4 Championship Powered by Abarth. Three drivers will be racing with VSR, Mauricio Baiz, Venezuelan, Marino Sato, Japanese, and the Israeli Bar Baruch.

Rome, 14/04/2015 – Vincenzo Sospiri Racing, founded by the homonym Italian champion driver, that has led for ten years the Euronova Racing team, confirms its participation to the F.4 Championship Powered by Abarth with three drivers coming from different continents. From Japan, Marino Sato, from Venezuela, Mauricio Baiz and from Israel, Bar Baruch, with formula car of Team Israel F.4.

Mauricio Baiz, year 1999, comes from the karting World where he has won races both in the Easykart Championship in Venezuela and Pan-Americana, and in the Italian CSAI Championship of the KF3. Baiz has then participated to the CIK-FIA World Karting Championship in the KFJ category in 2014 in Essay, France, where he has conquered the podium. In the WSK Masters Series of last year he has obtained final fourth position.

Marino Sato, fifteen years old, has ran, for example, in the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals, in the Skusa Supernationals in USA, in the Asia-Pacific Championship in 2012, where he has obtained a splendid second place, in the WSK KFJ category, and in 2014 he has ran in the KF and KF2 categories in CIK-FIA and WSK races.

Bar Baruch, nineteen years old, has already raced in the Italian F.4 Championship Powered by Abarth last year, with Israel F.4 Team and has ended the year in fifteenth position. This year he will make the best of the experience gained in 2014.

All three drivers will be testing today and tomorrow in Mugello circuit, preparing for the first race of the year, on the week end of the 3rd of May in Vallelunga.
