DRZ Benelli is set to be back in action for the 2019 motorsport season. The Italian squad, led by Stefano Da Riz and Francesco Benelli, agreed terms with Ivan Berets for an entry in the upcoming Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth.

 

 

The young Russian racer, born in 2001, entered the F4 SMP championship in 2017 ending up 18th, and also took part in the Spanish F4 series taking 10th place. In 2018 he focused on the northern European SMP series scoring an excellent fourth place. Berets and DRZ Benelli are already working together for preseason testing and will be on track for the opening round of the season on May 5that Vallelunga. The team will participate to the entire calendar of the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth.
