Third best time for Tim Tramnitz (US Racing), followed by Sebastian Montoya (Prema Powerteam) and Kimi Antonelli (Prema Powerteam).

At the end of the second free practice session there are 15 drivers enclosed in less than a second, with Antonelli stopping the clock at 1'46.673, thus obtaining the best time of the day. The leader of the standings, Oliver Bearman (Van Amersfoort Racing) scored the sixth best time, preceded by Leonardo Fornaroli (Iron Lynx) and Joshua Durksen (Muecke Motorsport). Behind him, Kiril Smal (Prema Powerteam) and Tim Tramnitz (US Racing).
