The Targa Florio Classica arriving in Pergusa

The interpreters of the Sicilian regularity race stop on the 5 km of Lake Proserpina before leaving for the University of Palermo.

The cars of the 106th edition of the Targa Florio Classica, which started this morning at 8:30 from the Museo dei Motori e dei Meccanismi at the University of Palermo, are arriving at the Pergusa Circuit. After having tackled the tracks of Termini - Imerese and Termini - Caccamo, the crews then continued towards the center of Sicily passing through Roccapalumba, Alia, Vallelunga Pratameno up to Caltanissetta, before covering the route of the Coppa Nissena and stopping along the 5 kilometers of Lake Proserpina, on the occasion of the lunch break within the circuit. Here to await the protagonists of the prestigious Sicilian competition will be the Chairman of the Consorzio Ente Autodromo Pergusa Mario Sgrò.

The race will resume with the route that will bring the cars back to the headquarters inside the University of Palermo.
