Mario Cordoni (Porsche GT3R-Autorlando) "Great victory, I enjoyed it very much. The start went well, I found a gap and I overtook Sonvico. This allowed Paolo to find some advantage on the other Audi. His recover was great and the good luck was on our side, which does not harm".
Race-2 GT2-GT3-GT4: Marco Bonanomi (Audi R8 LMS-Audi Sport Italia) "A perfect race. Ruberti was pushing hard and so was Dindo, but it ended in the best way for us despite a difficult weekend as track's features do not suit very well our R8. Now Imola and Mugello are due and there we will have the chance to have a saying but with such a tight classification it is going to be tough. Anyway, today Andrea and I proved we are there, we just have to keep going".
Andrea Sonvico: "What a great victory, I have to thank the whole team and Audi Sport Italia because I feel very well with them and with my team mate Marco. It has been a peculiar race, Marco pushed a lot and we were lucky with the safety car. I had to recover to Cordoni but the central mirror fell down and it kept rolling near the pedals. I have been lucky as it did not go in a dangerous position and I managed to recover narrowing the gap. Then, thanks also to the penalty given to the Porsche, we won. It is an important victory because we equalized Porsche and now we go to Imola motivated to do good things".
Race-1 GT Cup: Valentino Fornaroli (Porsche 997-GDL Racing) "I am happy, we needed this result. I started well and I passed the car to Rino in third and he drova a great second stint. He afterwards managed very well the advantage and we won but we have been very lucky as we had a puncture near the finish line. Things went very well".
Rino Mastronardi (Porsche 997-GDL Racing) "We needed this victory. In the first two races we were fast but did not harvested what we hoped for. This time everything fell into place but we have also been lucky as I got a puncture on the finish line, should we have had one lap more we would have had another negative day. But luckily enough today fortune was on our side".
Race-2 GT Cup: Matteo Malucelli (Ferrari F 430-Scuderia 27-Baldini Mode) "It has been a very good and very fast race, I did not hope in such a result as at the start I had a contact with one of the Porsches to avoid being overtaken and in the main straight I tried to close every possible gap. I believe convergence got damaged and therefore the car was sliding all over the place. This victory is very useful and I reckon we have realized that something is wrong in main straights as in this condition we cannot overtake. We would prefer being a bit slower in corners and possibly have an engine similar to the others' to try and fight".
Flavio Pierleoni "I tried not to make mistakes and I defended myself from the attacks as in some sectors I was struggling a lot. At the end of the main straight I could not choose the best trajectory and I had to go through the corner slower but I managed to defend my position. This time things went well but we are going to be struggling in fast tracks, we hope to try and get at the same level of our rivals".
