All the 14 races in the calendar will be broadcast by the national TV channel available both on freview and SKY, thanks to a solid media planning.
The two races scheduled for each weekend will take place on Sunday with the only exceptions of the rounds of Imola (26 May) and Monza (20 October) when race one will be held on Saturday afternoon. The national channels will also give wide space to the series with specials and programmes involving also drivers and motorsport's staff.
The agreement with RAI fits in the communication plan devised by ACISport that includes also other agreements still to be fully delineated for the transmission of recordings of the events, magazines and specials on several sport channels covering the whole Italian territory.
Paper press will also have its importance in the 11th edition of the Italian GT championship, with 14 full pages dedicated to the series during the week following each race on GAZZETTA DELLO SPORT and CORRIERE DELLO SPORT as feathers in the cap. Coverage of the events will also be present in several other sport magazines.
The on-line presence will also be developed further in this season. The website www.acisportitalia.it that registered last year 1.8 million contacts with more than 9 million pages visualized, from this season will be linked to the most important social network systems.
