Vallelunga Barrichello-Fisichella (Ferrari 488 GT3) set the pole position of the 3rd round of the Italian GT Endurance Championship

The sum of the times posted in the three sessions rewarded the Scuderia Baldini's lineup that will start from the pole position with the Mercedes AMG GT3 of Scholze-Galbiati next to them. In GT Cup the "best lap” was set by Testa-Hamaguci (Lamborghini Huracan ST). The live coverage of the race will be tomorrow at 15 on Aci Sport TV, a summary of the race will be shown on RAISPORT while the streaming will be available from the socials of the championship.

Rubens Barrichello and Giancarlo Fisichella (Ferrari 488 GT3) will start the race of the third round of the Italian GT Endurance Championship at the circuit of Vallelunga from the pole position. The Scuderia Baldini drivers posted the overall time of 4’35.558s, which was the fastest of the three sessions run this afternoon and therefore will start the two-hour-long race from the first spot on the starting grid. Next to them on the starting grid, Scholze-Galbiati (Mercedes AMG GT3-Antonelli Motorsport) posted a 4’36.688s, proceeding the classification leaders Beretta-Liberati-Nemoto (Lamborghini Huracan GT3-VSR) whose combined time was 4’37.032s, and Moncini-Guidetti-Cabezas (Honda NSX GT3-Nova Race) that posted a 4’37.313s.

Two other Lamborghini cars, namely that of Imperiale Racing driven by Pijl-Guzman-Llarena (4’37.807s) and that of VSR driven by Basz-Hites-Michelotto (4’37.969s) will occupy the third row of the grid leading the BMW M4 GT3 (BMW Italia-Ceccato Racing Team) of Comandini-Fascicolo-Nilsson (4’38.054s) and the third Huracan of VSR of Cola-Moulin (4’38.158s). The fifth row of the grid will see the Mercedes AMG GT3 of Antonelli Motorsport with Pesce-Rappange-Linossi (4’38.196s) lining up next to the second Huracan of Imperiale Racing driven by Balthasar-Ponzio-Roe (4’38.711s). The Honda NSX GT3 Nova Race of Magnoni-Di Fabio (4’42.853s), the first GT Cup cars, and the Lamborghini Huracan ST of Testa-Hamaguchi (4’44.794s). The FFF Racing Team proceeded the Ferrari 488 Challenge (Easy Race) of Mazzola-Postiglione (4’47.275s), and the sister car of SR&R driven by Bontempelli-La Mazza-Baratto and the Lamborghini Huracan ST (Team Italy) of Risitano-Menichini (4’51.199s).

The two-hour-long race will start tomorrow at 15 and will be covered live on Acisport TV (Sky 228) and the highlights will be shown on Rai Sport.
