Targa Florio Classica starts again with the Leg 2. It started in the morning at 8:30 from the Museo dei Motori e dei Meccanismi of the University of Palermo. The first cars at the starting line have been the super cars from Maranello competing in the Ferrari Tribute to Targa Florio. Then the vintage cars of the “Classica” and the competitors of the Targa Florio Legend have followed the group.

The Leg 2 of the prestigious Sicilian regularity race will be dedicated to the myth. First of all, the path will bring the crews to Cefalù, the Pearl of Tirreno with its UNESCO Heritage, and then to Lascari, Gratteri, Campofelice di Roccella, Collesano, Castellana Sicula and Termini Imerese: the town where all began. These are the locations along the path of the oldest car race in the world, which retarce the places related to the event conceived and wanted by Vincenzo Florio, since 1906.

Many crews stood out in the First Stage held yesterday, Friday 14th October, competing for useful points for the final sprint of the Campionato Italiano Grandi Eventi, which will be ending today at the Finish of the Targa Florio Classica.
