A grand finale is going to take place this coming weekend at the Circuit 7 Laghi of Castelletto di Branduzzo (Pavia) for the final round of the Italian CSAI Karting Championship, both in terms of titles still to be decided and of the quality of drivers present.

The final race of the Italian CSAI Karting Championship is going to be quite crowded (final figures will be available only after sportive scrutineering that will take place on Friday) and announces to be really interesting as all the protagonists of the championship fighting for the title will be joined by several foreign drivers that will take the chance for a luxury test ahead of the WSK Final Cup that will take place a week afterwards on the same circuit 7 Laghi. Following this last act of the Italian Championship is therefore going to be even more interesting as it will feature a direct comparison with several protagonists of the international karting world.

In KZ2 Massimo Dante (Maranello-Tm) is the classification leader and will try and keep his position on top also with the help coming from his team mate Marco Zanchetta, who has been protagonist on the international scene during this season. The two drivers will have to face the attacks moved not only by the direct rivals in the championship but also those coming from the new winner of the International Super Cup KZ2, the French driver Dorian Boccolacci (Energy-Tm), who will be racing after his triumph in Varennes. Luca Tilloca, now at the wheel of an Energy chassis, will be among the other top drivers too.

In KF2 the French driver Julien Darras (Tony Kart-Tm), who has been leading the standings since the beginning, will have to compete against several new names but the situation seems to be more tangled in the crowded KF3, where the duel between current classification leader Alessio Lorandi (Tony Kart-Parilla) and Leonardo Pulcini (Tony Kart-Vortex) will certainly be affected by the presence of the new European Champion, the Brit Lando Norris (FA-Vortex), as well as by that of the Romanian Petru Florescu and Russian driver Robert Shwartzman (both on Tony Kart).

60 Mini will also be quite crowded as several very young foreign drivers (racing with Italian licence though) will be of the games ready to shine and therefore making Nicola Abrusci's task (Tony Kart-Lke) of keeping the lead and a good security margin to Giuseppe Fusco (Lenzokart-Lke) as the latter is still waiting to know the response to the appeal after the win he was stripped of in the second Final of Siena.
