The first finals that took place at the Circuit of Siena on the morning of Sunday 20 July valid for the third round of the Italian ACI-CSAI Karting Championship kept the promise of the eve with a battles on track and some surprises too.

In KZ2 Marco Zanchetta (Maranello-TM) has had the upper hand, after the major candidate to the win Francesco Celenta (Energy-TM) had to retire in the first part of race-1. Once on the lead, Zanchetta managed to keep P1 and keep his two main rivals – Riccardo Longhi (CRG-Modena) and the surprising Alessio Piccini (Tony Kart-Vortex) at bay.

In KF3 the Brazilian Murilo Della Coletta (Exprit-LKE) confirmed the pace he showed in qualifying heats claiming the victory ahead of the two team mates Gabriel Sereia and the Indian Kush Maini.

In KF2 Marco Maestranzi (Top Kart-TM) dominated unchallenged. The second place went to Adriano Albano (Tony Kart-TM) who led Diego Bertonelli (Zanardi-TM) that inherited the third place from Andrea Moretti (Exprit-TM) due to a 3 seconds penalty handed to the latter.

60 Mini has been lively as usual and the victory went to the Russian driver Dimitri Bogdanov (Tony Kart-LKE), who proceeded Francesco Pagano (Top Kart-LKE) and Andrea Rosso (Energy-LKE) at the flag.
