In a month time, next 7th September, the fourth and penultimate act of the Italian ACI-CSAI Karting Championship will take place at the International Circuit of Abruzzo in Ortona (Chieti) and will open the final sprint for the title that will reach its conclusion on 5 October at the International Circuit Friuli Venezia Giulia in Precenicco (Udine).

The third round held in Siena last 20 July gave a series of confirmations but also some new protagonists came to the fore, which shortened the classification in all categories, exception made for KZ2 where Lorenzo Camplese (Maranello-Tm) incremented his advantage.
His team mate Marco Zanchetta confirmed his runner up position but some other drivers can still slide in the fighting lot, among these Francesco Celenta (Energy-Tm) who has been hit by a technical problem in Siena and Jeremy Iglesias (Lenzo-Lke) who has shown a good progress so far.

In KF2 Marco Maestranzi (Top Kart-Tm) has reinstated himself on top of the charts, but Andrea Moretti (Exprit-Tm) and Adriano Albano (Tony Kart-Tm) are still close to the leader ready to get the most out of any mistake by the driver from Rovereto who has been the quickest so far.

The KF3 race of Siena showed a lot of names that can aim high in the classification. At the moment, Remigio Garofano (Tony Kart-Lke) is leading the charts but all RB's drivers have been very quick in Tuscany on Exprit-Lke and will certainly try and keep momentum in the remaining races. The recent international appointments relaunched also the quotes of Lorenzo Travisanutto (PCR-Tm), who dominated the third round of the European Championship in Sweden and now is ready to charge in the Italian Championship too.

In 60 Mini Giuseppe Fusco (Lenzo-Lke) got the lead of the classification, overtaking the former leader from Denmark Dennis Hauger (CRG-Lke) and the Russian Dimitri Bogdanov (Tony Kart-Lke).
