All set in Triscina for the first round of the Italian Aci Karting Championship

LiveTV coverage on Sunday 3 May on AutomotoTV (Sky channel 148) and on Live Streaming at Acisport's website. Good presence mainly in KZ2 and 60 Mini with several international protagonists. KF and KF Junior on track too.

The Italian ACI Karting Championship 2015 is ready to start. Triscina (Sicily) will house the first of the 5 rounds of the Italian season as the drivers of KZ2, 60 Mini, KF and KF Junior will get on track from Thursday 30 April for the first free practice.

The event of Triscina, as the following four rounds of Sarno, Adria, Val Vibrata and Siena, will enjoy live TV coverage on AutomotoTV (Sky channel 148) during the morning finals, while the whole event will be available through live streaming at www.acisportitalia.it and www.sportube.tv at the Sportube TV channel.

Some further TV specials will be aired within the ACI Magazine by Nuvolari, Sportitalia, RTV San Marino, Safedrive/Odeon, Sky Sport 2 and Gazzetta TV, while 50 local channels will also show specials on the races.

The first round of Triscina has a good number of entrants especially in KZ2 and 60 Mini, the categories that are living a good moment in the recent years.

Some of the main protagonists of the category entered 60 Mini, such as the reigning Italian champion Giuseppe Fusco who moved to team Baby Race on Tony Kart chassis, and the recent WSK champion Dennis Hauger of team Gamoto on CRG chassis, who has been shining in the initial appointments of the season. A technical note: the new TM engine is predominant in 60 Mini.

In KZ2, several top class teams will make it to the start as Maranello Kart with Lorenzo Giannoni (and Tommaso Mosca from Sarno). Among the others present in Triscina, Modena Kart with Mauro Simoni and Paolo Ippolito on CRG, the new constructor Evokart with Michele Beccaria, Jesolo Race with Angelo Catapano and Sauro Cesetti. The two brothers Massimo and Cesare Albano Strucco will compete on Rossokorsa, Francesco Celenta on Parolin, team Taglienti will field Federico Pezzolla on PCR, CKR will line up two strong drivers like Giacomo Pollini and Antonio Piccioni, Massimo Mazzali will get on track with Croc Promotion, Pasquale Tellone on CRG, some other protagonists will also be present like Alessio Pollara.
