The teams at Mugello warm up their engines in view of the start in Misano

While the updated 2020 calendar for the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth, the first and most participated F4 championship in the world, has been announced confirming the full 7 appointments, some of the teams have met for two days of unofficial tests at the Mugello circuit.

Among the teams that participated in the 2019 Season DR Formula, the team led by the multiple kart champion Danilo Rossi, Prema Powerteam, AS Motorsport, Bhai Tech Racing, Cram Motorsport, DRZ Benelli, Antonelli Motorsport and Jenzer Motorsport.

Among the 16 F4 drivers present, the Prema Powerteam driver and part of the ACI Team Italia, F4 debutant, Gabriele Minì, has been always the fastest and with the best time set at 1’47.499. Behind him, teammate Dino Becanovic with 1'47.707. Great 3° time by Simonazzi (DRZ Benelli) with 1'47.990. Andrea Rosso, Cram Motorsport also did well, with the best time of 1’48.316 scored immediately on the first day of testing.

With the new calendar defined, which confirms 7 events in 2020, the start will be on the weekend of August 2 on the Misano circuit.
