The last race of the weekend at Imola sees 36 drivers on the track ready to the battle to bring home the first round of the Italian F.4 Championship. Arvid Lindblad, Red Bull junior wearing the colors of Prema Racing, gets the win by going first already at the start with a side-by-side overtaking move against teammate Nicola Lacorte, race poleman. Lindblad then kept the lead even in the subsequent restarts following the race's neutralizations. The Londoner, with his overtaking move in the early stages of the race, opens the door for Van Amersfoort Racing drivers Brando Badoer and Ivan Domingues, who long remain on the podium, before being misled by an overtaking attempt by Alfio Spina (BVM Racing), and finishing off the track. So it is the Sicilian of BVM who takes the podium in P2, after grinding positions already from the first lap and climbing up to P4, a strategic play that got him in P2 in the final race of the weekend. Third is American junior McLaren Ugo Ugochukwu. Nicola Lacorte closes with the fourth place paying some imperfections in the start, followed by Zachary David, Maltese driver of US Racing. P6 for Valentin Kluss, German of PHM Racing, who finished ahead of Akshay Bohra, US Racing driver. Matteo De Palo, Roman driver of R-ace GP gets eighth place finishing ahead of Australian Gianmarco Pradel (US Racing). AKM Motorsport's Frenchman Enzo Deligny closes the points zone.

Arvid Lindblad: “I’m really happy with the result. It was an amazing race. I’ve got a good start, I’ve got the lead straight away, and then managed to build a bit of a gap at the end of lap one. Then I was just managing the tyres and trying to manage the race at the best that I could.”
