2023 marked the inaugural year for the Euro 4 Championship, the new Formula 4 series by ACI Sport and WSK Promotion, which joined the longstanding success of the Italian F.4. The efforts put into creating this new Championship were fully rewarded as it unfolded across 3 rounds of 3 races each, culminating in a particularly thrilling finale in Barcelona with a coefficient of 2, intensifying the final round with a particularly lively action and the alternation of different leaders in the standings. Ultimately, Ugo Ugochukwu emerged victorious. It was only at the end of the final race that the American could write an important page in motorsport history, becoming the first ever Champion of the series.

Responding to the call of the Euro 4 and hitting the track were 34 drivers from 8 Teams throughout the season. The series, with a clear focus on international motorsport, lived up to expectations: flags from 20 different nations spanning 4 continents were represented on the track. The lineup was of high quality, featuring several drivers affiliated with official Formula 1 team development programs. Among them, a McLaren representative (Champion Ugochukwu), 3 Ferrari Driver Academy drivers (Aurelia Nobels, Tuuka Taponen, and James Wharton), and 2 drivers bearing the Red Bull banner (Enzo Deligny and Arvid Lindblad).

Following the success of the inaugural edition, a new season rich in spectacle will come, once again spread across 3 rounds: at the Mugello Circuit (August 23-25), the Red Bull Ring (September 13-15), and concluding at Monza's Temple of Speed (October 4-6).
