Nino Vaccarella will be back behind the wheel of the Alfa 33/3 43 years after winning the Targa Florio in 1971 showing the Italian supremacy. This unique occasion will take place on Friday 9th May on the roads of Termini Imerese when the "Preside Volante" (flying dean) will proceed the racers of the Italia Rally Championship on the rostrum of the first day in Piazza Duomo.

This special tribute to Nino Vaccarella, three times winner of the legendary Targa Florio in the speed version, has been possible thanks also to the contribution of the Museum of Motorismo Siciliano (Sicilian Motoring), to that of the Targa Florio of Termini Imerese and also to the kindness of the American of Italian origins collector Nastasi that sent the car from USA.
